Abstract:
A columnar food material peeling device, comprising a frame (1), which is provided with a plurality of pairs of rollers (4) and a plurality of pairs of peeling blades (11) equidistantly distributed along a direction parallel to a straight line (14); each pair of rollers (4) and each pair of peeling blades (11) are symmetrically disposed face to face, taking the straight line (14) as an axis of symmetry; the plurality of pairs of peeling blades (11) are distributed at equal angles in the circumferential direction, taking the straight line (14) as an axis; the rollers (4) and the peeling blades (11) may rotate around the corresponding axes under the action of pressure; the rollers (4) are driven by torque to rotate about the axis, and a groove (13) is provided on the roller surface of each of the rollers; and a plurality of reset parts I resetting the corresponding rollers (4) and a plurality of reset parts II resetting the corresponding blades are provided on the frame (1). The advantages of the device are: the use of the movement process of food materials along the straight line to complete the removal of peels; the peeling blades being peripherally distributed and adaptively adjusted according to the outer diameters of the food materials to ensure quality of the peeling; and using cutting to replace friction so as to achieve improvements in the physical appearance of the peels.
