Abstract:
A plurality of fluid paths (21), the ends of which are open to tools (7) are provided to a tool rest (9) and tool holders (8). Inlets (22) of the fluid paths (21) are provided so as to be arranged in the advance-retreat direction (X-axial direction) of the tool rest (9). A supply port forming member (25) having a supply port (27) connected to a fluid supply source is provided so as to be affixed. The supply port (27) can be switched and communicated with the inlets (22) of the fluid paths (21) in accordance with the advance-retreat position of the tool rest (9), and is arranged at a position communicating with the inlets (22) of the fluid paths (21) for a tool (7) at a position which is capable of coming into contact with a work. The inlets (22) of the fluid paths (21) have the width of the advance-retreat direction in which a state of communicating with the supply port (27) is maintained even if the tool rest (9) advances and retreats in a range in which the tool capable of coming into contact with the work does not change.
