Abstract:
[Problem] A particular portion of a roller brush wears out as burr removal is performed. In this case, as the wear prevents sufficient burr removal, the entire roller brush can be replaced. However, replacing the entire roller brush when only a part of the roller brush has worn out is a waste of resource and uneconomical. [Solution] According to a first aspect of the present invention, it is possible to replace a worn-out portion of the brush. In the conventional method, the entire brush is replaced when a portion of the brush has worn out or abraded. However, the present invention provides a partially replaceable structure to enable extension of the life of the entire brush through replacement of only the worn-out portion. According to a second aspect of the present invention, brush replacement can be performed with freedom, so that it is possible to freely set the hardness of the brush as a whole. Thus, various workpieces can be handled by partly changing the strength of the brush.
