[Problem] To provide a combination mascara tool with mascara applicator and eyelash curler with heating mechanism for which there is no danger of the mascara deteriorating during storage due to heat from the heater. [Solution] The mascara tool (10) is provided with a mascara-holding part (12) and a cap (14). The protruding part (20) of the cap (14) has a built-in heater part (22), which is the eyelash-curler-with-heater-mechanism area (36). Grooves (22-2) are formed on the surface of the built-in heater part (22) and the built-in heater part (22) is covered with a cover member (30), in which slits (34) are formed. A mascara application area (38) is formed on the other side surface of the cover member (30). The mascara tool (10) is provided with: a covering / exposure switching mechanism that is able to switch between exposing the grooves (22-2) of the built-in heater part (22) from the slits (34) and covering same with the main body portion of the cover member (30); and a mis-entry preventing mechanism for preventing entry of the grooves (22-2) of the built-in heater part (22), when exposed, into the mascara-holding part (12).
