Abstract:
A combination of mattress and quilt for fitness and physiotherapy comprises a mattress (1) and a quilt (6). The mattress (1) is provided with 2-4 massaging groups (4) which are connected together in parallel via leads (3), and each of the massaging groups (4) consists of a plurality of vibration plates (5) serially connected together. The quilt (6) is provided with 2-4 massaging groups (8) which are connected together in parallel via leads (7), and each of the massaging groups (8) consists of a plurality of vibration plates (9) serially connected together. The number of the massaging groups (4) of the mattress (1) is equal to that of the massaging groups (8) of the quilt (6), and the positions of the massaging groups (4) of the mattress (1) correspond to those of the massaging groups (8) of the quilt (6). An audio player is connected to the massaging groups (4, 8) connected in parallel at the terminals of leads (10,101). The combination of mattress and quilt for fitness and physiotherapy is simple in construction and convenient in use, and can be effectively used for gently massaging the microcirculatory system of a human body during the sleep period, so that communication of the meridian system of the human body is realized, and the purpose of healthcare is achieved.
