Abstract:
Provided are: a combination of a thermal transfer sheet and a transfer target body, which enables formation of a print matter of good design; and the thermal transfer sheet. Also provided is a print-matter forming method that enables formation of a print matter of good design. This combination of a thermal transfer sheet 10 and a transfer target body 100 is characterized in that the thermal transfer sheet 10 has a configuration in which an invisible light absorption material-containing layer 2, a first transfer layer (5), and a color material layer 3 are frame-sequentially provided on one surface of a substrate 1, and the color difference (ΔE*ab) between the transfer target body 100 and a laminate of the transfer target body 100 and the invisible light absorption material-containing layer 2 is not more than 10.
