Abstract:
The present invention essentially relates to a combined aircraft that includes an aerostatic, convex, gas-tight and disc-shaped body comprising the hollow and rigid tore of a propulsion unit. The tore is connected by radial members to the envelope surrounding the bellow of a mechanism for modifying the volume of the body. The cavity of the body is divided by an inclined membrane into a section containing balloons for a gas lighter than air and into a section for thermal ballast operations. The propulsion unit is fitted with a Segner wheel that ensures rotation of the body and a carrier rotor, wherein said rotor consists of horizontal blades which are connected to the tore and comprise vertical vanes at their free ends. The rigid tore is connected by rigid and longitudinal members of adjustable length to a support that comprises a support bearing having one of its housings attached to a gondola. The gondola includes a control propeller, a frame as well as propulsion engines which are connected to the Segner wheel by directional, flexible and rotating nozzles through a telescopic collector.
