Abstract:
Disclosed are a combined loading/unloading apparatus and a loading/unloading method for ultra-heavy or ultra-long items in a container. The apparatus is composed of a main vehicle used for loading/unloading a whole container and a sub-vehicle used for loading/unloading articles inside the container. The main vehicle comprises a main vehicle body (1), a lifting mechanism (2), a combined lifting tool (3) and a main vehicle control mechanism, wherein the lifting mechanism (2) is provided on a frame (11) of the main vehicle (1); the combined lifting tool (3) comprises a suspended lifting tool frame (31) and a telescopic combined lifting tool (32); and the control mechanism comprises a hydraulic control assembly and an electric control assembly. The sub-vehicle comprises a sub-vehicle body (6), a front fork mechanism (7), a rear fork mechanism (8) and a sub-vehicle lift control apparatus, the sub-vehicle lift control apparatus being connected to a hoisting unit and controls the upward and downward movement and locking thereof.The apparatus and the loading/unloading method can simultaneously perform loading/unloading work for a container body and ultra-heavy box-shaped items and ultra-long items in the container by means of the separable sub-vehicle and main vehicle working independently or in cooperation, avoiding the inconvenience of loading/unloading ultra-heavy or ultra-long items in the prior art.
