Abstract:
A combined axial through beam ultrasonic transducer for gas flow measurement, which is combined by part A and part B. Part A comprises a housing (1) and a transducer core assembled in the housing (1); the housing (1) is of a cylindrical structure; the outer sidewall of the housing (1) is provided, at intervals, with at least two ribs (3) along a vertical direction thereof; the inner sidewall at the front portion of the housing (1) is circumferentially arranged with 3-8 grooves A(2) passing through the front end surface of the housing (1); and the grooves A(2) constitute a gas flow channel that communicates the interior and exterior of part A. Part B comprises a cylindrical mounting component (14), a connecting component (15) coaxially provided at the front portion of the mounting component (14), and a plurality of gas flow fences (17) axially provided between the outer surface of the mounting component (14) and the inner sidewall of the connecting component (15); the inner sidewall of the mounting component (14) is arranged with vertical grooves B(20) capable of matching the ribs (3) on the housing (1) of part A; the outer sidewall of the connecting component (15) is provided with a sealing structure (18) for sealing with a measurement pipe segment. Part A is assembled in the mounting component (14) of part B and achieves matching positioning with the grooves B(20) by means of the ribs (3). The ultrasonic transducer is of a combined structure, has the low processing difficulty, is convenient to be assembled and repaired, and can improve the production efficiency. The structural design of matching part A with part B and the design of the sealing structure improve the working reliability and service life of a gas flow measurement device.
