Abstract:
Provided is a compression die (1) for heat treatment of an annular member. The compression die comprises: an inner die (2) and an outer die (6) between a first press plate (4) and a second press plate (5), wherein the inner die (2) comprises a cone formed of multiple stacked hollow conical rings, the outer die (6) comprises multiple sliding blocks (14), and the sliding blocks (14) define an operation face (S) in contact with an inner surface of the annular member. In a first mode, the inner die (2) remains immobile, so that the operation face (S) is immobile; and in a second mode, by means of replacing the hollow conical rings and/or sliding blocks (14) of different sizes, the operation face (S) can be expanded or reduced. The annular member can be prevented from shrinking, and the invention is applicable to annular members of different specifications.
