Abstract:
A combined consolidation grinding material saw line used for multi-line cutting. A group of main cutting grinding materials G1 (the average grain diameter being d1) and a group of auxiliary cutting grinding materials G2 (the average grain diameter being d2) are at least consolidated on a bus of the saw line, d2 being 0.2 to 0.8 times of d1. G1 are consolidated on the bus by means of at least one high-strength medium consolidation layer and G2 are consolidated on the surface of the bus and/or a high-strength medium by means of a resin medium layer. The average volume density of the auxiliary cutting grinding material G2 is more than two times of the average volume density of the main cutting grinding material G1 on a same unit length saw line. By means of a combined structure and a secondary sanding design, a user-defined arrangement of abrasive particles different in function is constructed on the surface of the saw line, so that main cutting, auxiliary cutting and synchronized surface shaping and repairing functions are organically combined, and load balancing and the utilization efficiency of the abrasive particles are optimized. In addition, the thickness of the metal/alloy consolidation layer and the thickness of the resin consolidation layer can be also customized and adjusted, so that the manufacturing cost of the saw lines is comprehensively optimized.
