Abstract:
A combined crushing granulation dryer comprises a combination container (11) comprising multiple layers. Every two containers in adjacent layers of the combination container (11) are connected by a granulator connecting flange (24). The granulator connecting flange (24) is provided on an inner side of the combination container (11). A flange end is fixed by means of a bolt to form a quick mounting container combination structure. An upper portion of the combination container (11) is provided with a feeding buffer bin (1). The feeding buffer bin (1) is fixedly connected to the uppermost container of the combination container (11) by means of a feeding buffer bin connecting flange (23) in a sealed manner. A rolling unit is provided in the combination container (11). The granulator connecting flange (24) is provided at the inner side of the combination container (11). An alarm device (26) is provided at an outer side of the combination container (11). Each layer of the combination container (11) is provided with a movable side door (27). A speed sensor (25) is respectively provided in a roller of each layer. The combined crushing granulation dryer has a simple structure. The number of containers can be changed depending on actual requirements.
