Abstract:
Provided is a combined cutting device using high-pressure liquid jetting and chemical methods. The combined cutting device is composed of a chemical cutting device and a high-pressure liquid jetting cutting device, wherein the chemical cutting device comprises an ignition blasting short joint, a gas generator, a pressure reliever, an anchor short joint assembly, a chemical cartridge, a cutting head, a heavy block, and a centralizer; and the high-pressure liquid jetting cutting device comprises a valve yoke (9), fixing arms (10, 11), switching valves (2, 3), actuators (14, 15), nozzles (12, 13) and nozzle pipes (16, 17), wherein one end of the valve yoke is fixed to one end of a robot arm (8) of a rotary robot, the switching valves are respectively fixed to the other end of the valve yoke by means of the fixing arms, one end of each switching valve is connected to an actuator, the other end of each switching valve is connected to a nozzle pipe, and the hole diameter of a side, connected to the switching valve, of each nozzle pipe is of a standard size. Further provided is a method for cutting a material using the combined cutting device.
