Abstract:
A first grounding conductor (20) and a second grounding conductor (22) are belt-shaped grounding conductors opposing to each other. A dielectric layer (30) is arranged between the first grounding conductor (20) and the second grounding conductor (22), and formed by, for example, an epoxy resin. A first signal line conductor (40) and a second signal line conductor (42) are embedded in the dielectric layer (30), and are strip-shaped conductors opposing to each other and electromagnetically connected with each other. An intermediate conductor (50) is a strip-shaped conductor embedded in the dielectric layer (30) arranged between the first signal line conductor (40) and the second signal line conductor (42), and the potential of the intermediate conductor (50) is a floating potential. In a cross section perpendicular to the signal transmission direction of the first signal line conductor (40) and the second signal line conductor (42), a width (Wf) of the intermediate conductor (50) is shorter than the length that the first signal line conductor (40) and the second signal line conductor (42) are superimposed.
