A combined filter unit and a water treatment apparatus having the same. The combined filter unit comprises a housing, a first filter assembly, an internal tube, and a second filter assembly. The first filter assembly is provided in the housing, and defines a filter medium installation cavity therein. The internal tube is provided in the filter medium installation cavity. The second filter assembly is provided in the internal tube.
