Abstract:
Disclosed are a combined-flow enhanced flotation separation device and method applicable to the flotation of micro-fine mineral grains or coal grains that tend not to float. The flotation separation device comprises a circulating pump (1), a turbulent flow mineralization reactor, a flotation tank body (3), a circulating flow flotator (15) and a middling and tailing separator, wherein the turbulent flow mineralization reactor is of a cylindrical structure, a plurality of cross flow pre-mineralization pipes (10), a plurality of impinging flow pre-mineralization pipes (9), an ore pulp dispensing pipe (7) and an ore pulp injection pipe (11) are arranged at the periphery of the cylinder, and the cross flow pre-mineralization pipes (10) are tangentially connected to the cylinder. The flotation separation method comprises: feeding ore pulp into a flotation tank body (3); easy-to-float grains quickly floating and being discharged via an ore concentrate outlet pipe (14); after medium floatable grains are sorted by a circulating flow flotator (15) at the bottom of a column, some of the medium floatable grains floating upwards to a foam tank (2) at the tank body and being discharged via the ore concentrate outlet pipe (14); and after being sorted by the circulating flow flotator (15), some of grains that tend not to float being discharged from the tank body as tailings, and some being fed into a turbulent flow mineralization reactor via a circulating pump (1), and being injected and fed into the circulating flow flotator (15) after efficient mineralization so as to implement circulating and sorting. In the combined-flow enhanced flotation separation device and method, a high-speed impinging flow, a cross flow and a circulating flow are integrated, such that the usage effect is good, and the sorting efficiency is high.
