Abstract:
A combined inner and outer framework type variable stiffness rock mechanics testing machine and a testing method, relating to the technical field of rock mechanics, and comprising a stiffness adjustment apparatus, a testing loading apparatus, a monitoring system, and a control system (15), the stiffness adjustment apparatus comprising an outer framework top beam (1), an outer vertical column (2), a stiffness adjustment oil cylinder (3), and a bottom base (4); a loading oil cylinder (7) of the testing loading apparatus is loaded to drive an inner top beam (5) to rise, thereby making an inner vertical column (6) stretch and deform and a high-pressure spring (9) compress and deform; under set loading load values for the same test piece, the loading load of the stiffness adjustment cylinder (3) is increased, the displacement of the inner top beam (5) and the deformation of the inner vertical column (6) are decreased, and the loading stiffness increases; during testing, on the basis of monitoring data of a displacement sensor (12), the load of the stiffness adjustment oil cylinder (3) is controlled by means of the control system (15), to implement real-time control of the displacement of the inner top beam (5), and thereby ensure that the loading stiffness during the entire testing process satisfies the designed values and is constant, solving the technical problem of being unable to quantitatively adjust the loading stiffness of rock mechanics testing machines, and also having the advantage of convenient operation.
