A combined mill housing includes upper and lower beams and columns, wherein the upper and lower beams and columns are independent members from each other and upper and lower beams and columns are connected by a connecting device so as to form a combined housing. According to the combined mill housing of the invention, the upper and lower beams and columns are independent members from each other and upper and lower beams and columns are assembled by a connecting device into a combined housing, so that manufacturing, transporting and installing in situ of the housing are faciliated, thereby reducing the cost of processing, manufacturing, transporting and installtion of the housing. According to the combined mill housing of the invention, Since the pressing stress to which the columns are subjected can be adjusted during the assembling progress, the overall rigidity of the housing may be increased. According to another aspect of the invention, the combined housing are provided with moment banlancing devices, which apply moments to side walls of the beams in directions which are contrary to those of moments to which corresponding side walls are subjected during the operation of the mill.
