A combined package prepared for reducing an intestinal flora drug-resistant genome or for application in a food, drug, health product or nutritional product for reducing antibiotic resistance in an antibiotic treatment, the combined package comprising the following: a first composition comprising a whole grain cereal; a second composition comprising a bitter gourd and soluble dietary fiber and an oligosaccharide; and a third composition comprising soluble dietary fiber and an oligosaccharide, each being a single dose of a physically dispersed unit to facilitate dose administration and uniformity.
