Title:
COMBINED REACTION APPARATUS FOR HIGH-PRESSURE BIOCHEMICAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT PROCESS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/115644
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A combined reaction apparatus for a high-pressure biochemical wastewater treatment process, comprising an aerobic reaction unit (3), an anoxic reaction unit (2) and an anaerobic reaction unit (1) that are sequentially connected, and further comprising a high-pressure aeration system (5), a sludge regulating system (7) and a pressure and tail gas regulating control apparatus (6). A gas pipe of the high-pressure aeration system (5) is connected to the upper portion of the aerobic reaction unit (3); the pressure and tail gas regulating control apparatus (6) is respectively connected to the aerobic reaction unit (3), the anoxic reaction unit (2) and the anaerobic reaction unit (1); and the sludge regulating system (7) is respectively connected to the bottom of a reaction tank of each of the aerobic reaction unit (3), the anoxic reaction unit (2) and the anaerobic reaction unit (1). By means of combining the system, high pressure is maintained within the apparatus, mass transfer and treatment efficiency are improved, overall residence time is reduced significantly, and the problem of wastewater biochemical reaction tanks being large is solved.
