Abstract:
Disclosed is a combined slag removal mechanism comprising a base (1), a telescopic cylinder (2) and a support frame, and further comprising a vibrating slag-removal device mounted on the support frame, wherein the bottom of the support frame is rotatably connected to the base; one end of the telescopic cylinder is hinged to the base, and the other end thereof is hinged to the support frame so as to drive the support frame to rotate relative to the base; the support frame comprises a first support rod (3), a second support rod (4) and a third support rod (5); the bottom of the support frame being rotatably connected to the base refers to lower ends of the first support rod and second support rod being respectively hinged to the base; and two ends of the third support rod are hinged to an upper end of the first support rod and an upper end of the second support rod respectively. Further disclosed is a slag removal method. The slag removal mechanism realizes automatic slag removal, reduces labor intensity for slag removal, ensures the safety of slag removal, and has high slag removal efficiency and a good effect.
