Abstract:
A combined steric system for preparing powdery paint is provided, which belongs to the equipments for preparing chemical engineering powder product. The system includes wind supplying device,cyclone separator, pulverizer, dust case, blower, rotating sieve or shaking sieve, discharging device, tablet press, extruder, feeder, frame, discharger, feeding tubes assembly and controlling device, wherein the frame is divided into at least an upper layer and a lower layer. The blower,dust case, pulverizer, cyclone separator and wind supplying device are located at the upper layer of the frame and arranged from the right end of the frame to the left end in turn. The feeder, extruder, tablet press, discharger and a portion of the feeding tubes assembly are located at the rear side of the lower layer of the frame and arranged from the right end of the frame to the left end in turn. The discharger is disposed at the discharging end of the tablet press. The pulverizer is connected with the discharger by the feeding tubes assembly. The controlling device is disposed at the lower layer of the frame. The advantages of the system are compact structures, saving space, low noise, low escape of the powdery raw material and production, and favourable production environment, all of them are beneficial to workers' health and environment protection. The advantages are also high quality of product, high automatization level and high productivity.
