Abstract:
Disclosed is a combined structure with a high bearing capacity, the combined structure comprising a portion A and a portion B. The portion A has a cavity, and the portion B is a solidifiable material filled in the cavity and is subjected to pressure during solidification. The portion B comprises a portion B1 and a portion B2. A material B1 is a cement-based material, and a material B2 is a solidifiable material. The material B2 has a higher fluidity than the material B1. Internal or/and external volume compensation devices are provided. When the material B1 and/or B2 shrinks and the material B2 is fluid, the internal volume compensation device expands, or, a flowable, semi-flowable solidifiable material or a solid material is squeezed into the region of the material B2 inside the cavity by the external volume compensation device. The volume compensation devices compensate for volume shrinkage so as to maintain the pressure for the material B2 inside the cavity and in turn maintain the pressure for the material B1. Preferably, the time for which the material B2 can flow is greater than the time of the material B1 reaching a shrinkage turning point, and the time for maintaining the pressure at least exceeds the time for at which the shrinkage turning point of the material B1 occurs.
