Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a combined treatment method for a nickel-iron alloy material and a nickel-containing raw material. The method comprises the following steps: placing a nickel-iron alloy material into an anode basket of an electrolytic bath for electrochemical dissolution, such that nickel and iron lose electrons and are dissolved in the electrolyte in ion form; mixing the electrolyte containing nickel and iron from the electrolysis with a nickel-containing raw material to prepare a slurry; transferring the mixed ore slurry into a high-pressure kettle, introducing oxygen therein and performing a pressurized reaction; subjecting the slurry from the pressurized reaction to solid-liquid separation to obtain a nickel-rich solution and an iron-rich slag; and further purifying the nickel-containing solution to recover nickel, and recovering iron from the iron-rich slag. According to the present invention, the characteristic of high content of iron and residual acid in the nickel-iron alloy electrolyte is fully utilized, and the nickel-containing raw material is leached from the residual acid in the electrolyte and the acid released by means of iron ion high-pressure hydrolysis precipitation. In this way, the effective utilization of acid is achieved, two materials are treated at the same time, and the separation and enrichment of nickel and iron are achieved, which has the effect of multiple purposes being achieved at the same time.
