Abstract:
Disclosed is a combined-type optical lens LED motorcycle front headlamp, comprising a lamp housing (1), a heat sink (2), optical convex lenses (3, 4, 21, 22, 23), mirrors (5, 6, 17, 24, 25), LED light sources (7, 8, 11, 12, 16) and light barriers (9, 19). The heat sink (2) is assembled on the lamp housing (1) and a mounting plane (10) is provided thereon. Three high beam LED light sources (7, 11, 12) are assembled at upper, left and right positions of the mounting plane (10), and a light-emitting face (13) faces forwards. The central and lower positions of the mounting plane (10) are provided with two inwardly extending low beam lamphouses (14, 15). Low beam LED light sources (8, 16) and low beam mirrors (6, 17) are assembled in the low beam lamphouses (14, 15) and a light-emitting face (18) faces a mirror face. The two light barriers (9, 19) are assembled at a house opening of the two low beam lamphouses (14, 15). An integrally formed convex lens plate (20) has five optical convex lenses (3, 4, 21, 22, 23). High beam mirrors (5, 24, 25) are assembled at the rear side of the high beam optical convex lenses (3, 21, 22) of the convex lens plate (20). The convex lens plate (20) is assembled on the mounting plane (10) of the heat sink (2). The LED light sources (7, 8, 11, 12, 16) are connected to a power supply via an LED driver. The front headlamp combines low and high beam lamps into one, and correctly coordinates flare and complies with standard requirements.
