Disclosed is a combined use of a Haemophilus parasuis LC strain with the deposit number CGMCC No.5257 and an LZ-20100109 strain with the deposit number CGMCC No.5802 in preparing divalent inactivated vaccines. The divalent inactivated vaccines prepared by combined use of the Haemophilus parasuis LC strain and the LZ-20100109 strain are safe and reliable; and not only is a homologous immunity protection for blood serum type 1 and type 5 provided, but heterologous immunity for a certain cross protection for blood serum type 2, type 4, type 10, type 12, type 13, type 14 and type 15 HPS, etc. can also be provided. The combined use of the two has an obvious synergistic effect. After the pigs are immunized, a relatively strong immunity can be generated, and both the morbidity and the mortality of the inoculated pigs are obviously reduced; and the vaccines are capable of effectively preventing an epidemic and the transmission of a Haemophilus parasuis disease, and reducing economic losses, such that the application range is wide.
