Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a combustion device enabled with heat recovery of exhaust gas, so as to enhance heat efficiency by increasing the temperature of a premixed gas, by allowing heat exchanging between the exhaust gas, which is discharged through an exhaust duct, and the premixed gas, which is introduced from a burner. To this end, the present invention comprises: a combustion chamber (200), in which a burner (210) for combusting the premixed gas that is supplied from a blower (100) is installed, so as to allow combustion; a heat exchanger (300) in which heat exchanging takes place between a combustion product, which is produced by the combustion by the burner (210), and heating water, which flows along the inside of a heat exchange pipe (310); a heat exchanger case (400) in which the heat exchanger (300) is seated, and which is provided on one side with an exhaust gas passing aperture (450) that connects to an exhaust gas exhaust cover (600); and a heat exchanger front surface cover (500) which couples to the combustion chamber (200), the heat exchanger (300), and the heat exchanger case (400), wherein the exhaust gas exhaust cover is further provided for guiding the exhaust gas to come into contact with an outer wall of the combustion chamber (200) and then discharged to the outside, so that heat exchanging takes place between the exhaust gas, which is discharged through the exhaust gas passing aperture, and the premixed gas that is introduced through the burner (210).
