Abstract:
A combustion gas seal for an injector having the function to prevent the leak of a combustion gas when the injector is attached to a cylinder head of an engine, wherein the seal is made of a resin and the whole surface of the combustion gas side end of the seal is exposed to the pressure of the combustion gas. The seal exhibits improved sealing characteristics together with improved soundproofing effect.
