Abstract:

When configuring a combustion pressure sensor (5, 5A) that is at least provided with: a case member (31, ...) provided with an opening having contact surface (31a, ...) at a leading end side; a pressure receiving member (40, ...) having contact surface (41a, ...), which closes the opening by coming into surface contact with contact surface (31a, ...) of the case member (31, ...), and upon which combustion pressure acts; a welded part (J2) joining the contact surfaces (31a, 41a, ...); and a piezoelectric element (10, ...) that is provided in the case member (31, ...) and converts pressure based on the combustion pressure transmitted from the pressure receiving member (40, ...) into a signal, a prescribed clearance portion (90, ...) is provided on one edge of at least one contact surface (41a, ...) so as to limit the one contact surface (41a, ...) to a fixed weld depth (t) from the other edge and form a prescribed gap in relation to the other opposing contact surface (31a, ...) and the welded part (J2, ...) is provided from the other edge of the one contact surface (41a, ...) so as to at least include the entirety of the limited contact surface (41a, ...).
