Abstract:
The disclosed combustion pressure sensor is provided with: a cylindrical outer housing (2) with an opening in the front end (2s); a cylindrical sensor housing (3) which, accommodated inside said outer housing (2), is joined at the front end flange (3f) to said front end (2s) of the outer housing (2) and is engaged by a rear end engaging unit (3r) so as to allow displacement in the axial direction (Fa) relative to the inner surface of the outer housing, and which selects the outer diameter of a main housing body (3m), which is disposed between the front end flange (3f) and the rear end engaging unit (3r), and forms a prescribed gap (C) between the outer circumference surface of said main housing body (3m) and the inner circumference surface of the outer housing (2); and a pressure detector (4) which, accommodated inside of the sensor housing (3), converts the combustion pressure (Pr) from the combustion chamber (Mr) into an electrical signal and outputs the same.
