DESCRIPTION
The invention refers at a method of production of hot water by the combustion of solid common home use rubbish, in tall three level furnace and the restraining of solid particles and great part of the gases of the combustion, with filtering by special industrial filters and passing through a water tank. Such a kind of tall furnaces aren't referring for this particular work, that is rubbish combustion, but there are in use simple home use constructions for the production of hot water by the combustion of wood or oil. Also, the restraining of the solid particles and the filtering of the combustion gases are not tried out in such a kind of installation. The method, is working out for all types of heating demands, and extendable for all requests of a single apartment to a whole town.
The advantages of such a method are many, like tie consumption of rubbish from the round area, where the combustion unit will be build, with consequence the energy economy and absolute clearness of the area, and the solution of the rubbish disposing as well. The filtering of the combustion gases will have as result to minimize the existing pollution problem of the environment, while there is future forecasting for the ash disposition for some other uses that they not interest us, for the present moment. The result of the method is to save energy and almost null the problem of throwing out the rubbish, while the greatest advantage is the heating of an inhabit area, constructions of green houses, industrial and public buildings etc.
As it shown at the designs as well, the tall furnace is composed of three levels. The highest level occupies the tank with the water which is under heating, that constructs from sheet of iron 8 mm thickness and is connecting with a circulator and a heating circuit (pumps, tubs, radiators).
The middle level occupies the space of combustion of the rubbish that get in with a system of special conveyor belts of material transportation, while the choosing of some not combustible rubbish is doing by handling work.
In the same way the lower level occupies the space of the falling ash where during intervals and with handling work the ash restrains by the conveyor belt and then are available to the consumers by trucks.
The tall furnace is made from isolating materials (bricks), not flamable, with multiple walls and in between there is sand. The combustion gases carry off from a big ventilator so that it creates an air flow necessary for the good combustion of the rubbish and at the same time creates the necessary gas pressure so that it defeats the hydrostatic pressure of the tank (height of water about 10 meters) .
The filtering tank is made from iron too, placed at the level of the earth. The rest of the combustion gases disperses on the air by a little chimney.
At the end, the whole system could be construct in proportion of the demand, in different sizes after studies so to not have over consumption.
