Abstract:
A combustor (1) is provided with a burner (11) for combustion of fuel gas, a heat exchanger (12) positioned below the burner (11), and a combustor fan (13) for supplying air for combustion, wherein the combustor (1) executes a post-purge operation for operating the combustor fan (13) for a specific period of time after the combustion operation by the burner (11) is stopped and executes an intermittent supply operation where operating and stopping of the combustor fan (13) are repeated a number of times over specific intervals after the completion of the post-purge operation.
