Abstract:
According to one exemplary embodiment; the improved Heating, cooling & Ventilation system for comfort level within the space, is based on Alternate Source of Energy (solar thermal) for any climatic condition. Space heating- & cooling is based using solar hot water; controlled, maintained and generates energy from biofuels by thermophilic Temperature, which makes runs plurality of eco-friendly compressor to chill the water. The System is fully automated with alternate manual mode, which maintains temperature, humidity (Relative Humidity %), airflow, velocity, noise, Insulation, light and quality level of Air (C02 sensor, Smoke Detector with GSM Mod em within the space). The above improvement in system will save about three fourth, of energy consumed by conventional system and half the energy consumed by the chillers. It save precious water as it is used for heating & cooling space, by-product as a comfort water utilized for bath and other household/reuse purpose.

I claim.

Comfort Level based on improved heating, cooling (evaporation) & Ventilation using solar thermal comprising of,

1 .0] Indoor Unit mainly consisting of

(i). Central Unit includes,

a] A body made from plastic having glossy finished with color options and good impact strength'. b] Inner half hollow dome shape aluminum sheet on which four forward/reverse fans are mounted place within the body.

c] It uses nonferrous/ high impact plastic base at back, where two outlets opposite to each other to be coupled to duct plastic pipe for exhaust & ventilation.

cl ] The outdoor unit electrically driven Vapor compression refrigerating machine with air cooled condenser ( Hermetic Compressor inverter based/non inverter based), fan, condenser, and compressor can be sized as plurality unit, alternatively on and off for all indoor unit. Outdoor unit, copper coiled heat exchange with anti-corrosive electroplated are immerge within insulated cold tank to chilled the water at temperature 3°C with proper sizing the tonnage of all space to be cooled. Below zero degree water is mixed with food grade glycol (antifreeze) circulated In closed loop over insulated copper tube.

Inner side of body, the insulating and sound absorbing material made from polyimide is fixed with solution.

Heat Exchange made form copper tubes and aluminum fins are fixed below fans on aluminum half dome.

Plurality of Louvers are powered by low wattage synchronous AC motor, in all four direction for Air flow.

Electronics circuit mounted wifhin plastic box, with temperature sensor, humidity sensor (RH %), CO2 sensor are fixed at the center of the central unit, which are detachable & operated with coded wireless switching.

Ultrasonic sensor are mounted on door frame for in/out for occupancy counter within the space for heating and cooling. Fire detection sensor, which detects the smoke for a minute, dials by GSM modem.

Inlet and outlet for hot/cold water within the central unit body with in close loop with insulated tank filled with water passing through central junction box.

Ventilation outlets at rear side of central unit.

Heat exchange made form copper tube and aluminum fins over which fan have forward / reverse movement.

Filters; HEPA & TiO2 in presence of UV Germicide lamp placed at appropriate place for pure air with in central'unit.

Led lamps in all four corner of central unit.

Retrofit Indoor/split. unit mainly includes.

An indoor Air-condensing unit for each room or as per tonnage sizing.

The outdoor unit electrically driven Vapor compression refrigerating machine with air cooled condenser ( Hermetic Compressor inverter based/non inverter based), fan, condenser, and compressor can be sized as plurality unit, alternatively on and off for all indoor unit.

Outdoor unit, copper coiled heat exchange with anti-corrosive electroplated are immerge within insulated cold tank to chilled the water at temperature 3°C with proper sizing the tonnage of all space to be cooled. Fire detection sensor, which detects the smoke for a minute, dials by GSM modem.

Inlet and outlet for hot/cold water within the retrofit split unit with in close loop with insulated tank filled with water passing through central junction box. Additional unit ducted to outdoor unit, two way exhaust fan/fresh air fan Ventilation outlets at rear side of Additional unit.

Filters; HEPA & TiO2 in presence of UV Germicide lamp placed at appropriate place for pure air. Indoor Junction unit with two solenoid valve and a bypass solenoid valve is in active mode when space temperature within the comfort range.

.1 CPVC (Centrally) & Indoor Junction unit mainly includes,

a] CPVC insulated pipe, is in close loop with all central and retrofit spli†(indoor unit) ac, inlet from central junction unit

b] Indoor Junction unit have 3 no's of solenoid valve, two within used for circulation with in central/retrofit split unit one bypass solenoid valve.

Plurality of Hot and cold water Insulated Tank with water temperature range between 3°C to 90°C mainly includes

a. Hot and Cold water insulated tank with interface between central junction unit.

b. Close loop included solenoid valves, circulating pump, indoor junction unit, CPVC pipe.

Central Junction Unit' interface with heating and Cooling System to plurality insulated Tanks (Hot Solar water & Chilled Water ) mainly includes,

Solar Hot Water inlet

Solar Hot Water outlet.

Sensor J type air for Ambiance Temperature

with temperature controller. 4) Sensor J type for Hot Water Tank with

Temperature Controller.

5) Sensor J type for Cold Water Tank with Temperature

6) Outlet to Cold Water Tank

7) Line in ( hot or cold water circulation ) to indoor unit

8) Line out (hot or cold water circulation) to Indoor unit.

9) Circulating pump with 0-1 10 0 centigrade temperature range.

10) Solenoid valve with wireless switching.

12) Automated and Manual operation panel with led display.

Water Chiller Unit mainly includes,

1 . Plurality of Eco friendly refrigerant Refrigeration

compressor.

2. Plurality of Copper coiled heat exchange with anti- corrosive electroplating immersed with the cold water insulated tank.

3. Fan to remove hot air from condenser

Outdoor unit (evaporation technique), Ventilation mainly

Includes

a. Air Cooler fan/blower with circulating pump and nozzle for fresh air.

b. Chemically treated cellulose pad c. ' Sensor: wind and temperature

d. Automated shutter.

e. Heavy Duty Exhaust Fan.

Comfort water outlet from tank, with temperature display Using ultrasonic Sensors based shop dispensers is connected to water line within space for water utility.

Hereinafter, a configuration of operation of an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described in details with reference to accompanying drawings.

Figure .1 (a, b, c, d) illustrates an overall systematic diagram of Comfort Level based on improved heating, cooling (evaporation) & Ventilation using solar thermal.

According to an exemplary embodiment to the present invention and the aforesaid system is configured to largely include

1 ] Indoor Unit

a. Central Unit (a27)

b. Retrofit split unit (a26)

2] Plumbing CPVC (a40) (Centrally) & Indoor Junction unit (c9) .

3] Hot (a34) and cold (a35) water Insulated Tank with water temperature range between 3°C to 90°C.

4] Water Chiller Unit (a 1 8, a 1 9)

5] Central Junction Box (a36)

6] Outdoor Unit (b l 4, b l 5) ] Indoors Unit mainly includes

a. Central Unit (a27) for space heating & cooling, mainly consists of

1 . Four numbers of Two Way Fans, Forward fresh air fan, Reverse Exhaust fan.

2. Sensors;

2.1 Ultrasonic sensors, one for in, another for out, occupancy with

the room, within the frame structures of doors, which works as counter ,Keeps the system on auto mode and other time on zero occupancy mode : when both counters, count for in and out are equal.

2.2 Temperature and Humidity (RH %) Sensor, fan works on three

level, high, medium and low, maintains geographical standards to maintain comfort.

2.3 Carbon dioxide Sensor detects CO 2 , Contains above pre-defined

value, it start reverse mode fan at High Speed level till CO 2 For a minute and forward mode for 30 second cycle till value of CO 2 level is within permissible limit.

2.4 Fire detector sensor, which sense smoke with in the space, start

reverse fan at high level, which send message to fire station after a continuous detection of smoke for a minute though GSM modem. . Heat Exchange a. Space heating is based on solar thermal using solar hot water circulated form insulated tank, through heat exchange using copper tube with aluminum fins through convection (air flow from two way fans, blown below through copper tube with fins. b. Space Cooling is based on Chilled water, circulated from insulated tank within copper tube through circulating pump using heat exchange by convection (air flow from two way fans, blown below through copper tube with fins.)

4. Mechanical Ventilation and Natural Ventilation, coupled with central unit, which removes air from spaced through duct connected to outdoor unit. During Natural Ventilation all mechanical systems are off.

5. A Digital Display panels which display; Real time Temperature, CO2 Level, Ultrasonic sensor ' IN & Out of occupancies & Humidity (RH %) .

6. Indoor Junction unit connected to each central unit, mainly includes 3 nos. of solenoid valve and wireless coded switching with central junction unit & indoor junction unit. b. Retrofit ' split unit (a26) used for heating and cooling, mainly consists of

1 . Sensors

a) Space heating is based on solar thermal using solar hot water, circulated form plurality insulated tank, through heat exchange using copper tube with aluminum fins (with corrosion coating) through fan/ blower & heat pump by convection. b) Space Cooling is based on Chilled water, circulated from plurality insulated tank within copper tube & Aluminum fins through fan/blower & pump by convection.

3. Mechanical Ventilation and Natural Ventilation, Additional unit (bl 7) having forward & reverse fan, coupled with outdoor unit, takes fresh air from outside having predefined temperature , RH% and CO2 within predefined limits, removes hot air from spaced through duct. During Natural Ventilation all mechanical systems are off. . Carbon dioxide Sensor(bl 2) detects C02, Contains above predefined value, starts reverse mode fan at High Speed level till C02 level is within permissible limit within additional unit. . A Display panels which displays; Temperature, C0 2 Level, Ultrasonic sensor IN & Out of occupancies & Humidity (RH %}, Fan or Exhaust Fan mode. . Indoor Junction (c9) unit connected to each central unit/split indoor unit, mainly includes 3 nos. of solenoid valve and coded wireless switching (c8). ] a) CPVC pipes (a40) covering whole space , CPVC(a40) pipe having thermal characteristics to withstand between 3°Cen†igrade to 80° Centigrade temperature are used for circulation of hot water(a l O) and chilled wa†er(.al 1 ) through hot and cold water tank using circulating pump(a9), having a indoor junction unit (c9)connec†ed at each of unit. b) Indoor Junction Uni†(c9) (for all indoor unit) consist of 3 numberof solenoid valve(a21 ,a22,a23), one at inlet of cen†ral(a22)/re†ro split indoor uni†(a24), one at outlet of central (a23) /retro indoor split uni†(a25) and one solenoid as bypass(a21 ,a20) between inlet and outlet of central /retro split indoor unit, Hot(a l ) or chilled wa†er(a2) flow without entering that central or split unit heat exchange, bypassing to next central or split unit, temperature sensor is below 25°C and RH% 45%. 3] Plurality number of Insulated Tank having thermal Characteristics between 3°Cen†igrade to 9.0° Centigrade temperature for indoor installation & with weather ability protection for outdoor installation.

4] Water Chiller Unit mainly includes,

Plurality of Eco friendly refrigeration compressor (a 19) (common for all central unit / retrofit split unit) having Eco friendly refrigerant, heat exchange is immersed within the cold water insulated tanks, with spiral coil copper tube, electroplating for anti-corrosion , heat exchange (a 19), sized for proper Tonnage, condenser, fan , for chilling the water within the tank without any losses. Plurality of Compressor is on by timer circuit and relay alternatively for predefined time with in the required range temperature drop. Tonnage sizing of the rooms, plurality of compressor, alternatively for predefined time can be used to maintain the required temperature range of water temperature.

Outdoor unit (bl 4, bl 5) (evaporation technique)/ Ventilation a. Air Cooler fan (b3)/blower with circulating pump (b4) and nozzle (b3) for fresh air.

b. Chemically treated cellulose pad (b5)

c. Sensor: wind and temperature (b 18)

d. Automated shutter (b20).

e. Heavy Duty Exhaust Fan (b2) .

Comfort water outlet (a32) with temperature display on automated Using ultrasonic Sensors and shop dispensers. Figure 1 (a, b, c, d) illustrates an overall systematic diagram, Function of each block, consist of

Central Junction Unit:

1 . Central Junction Unit (a36) interface with heating (a34) and cooling (a35) System to plurality of insulated Tanks ( Hot Solar water & Chilled Water) includes, Solar Hot Water (a33) is feed to solar water tank inle†(a8) .

2. From Solar water tank inlet though CPVC pipe connected to Solenoid Valve (a l 4), switch (al 4) when the temperature controller (al 6), J type air ambient sensor(a7), senses temperature of outdoor, are below predefined temperature, feed the solar hot water through solenoid valve (a 1 4) to insulated tank though solar water ou†le†(a8) of central junction uni†(a36) .

3. Temperature controller (a l 6), J type ambient sensor (a7), sense equal or above predefined temperature. Temperature controller (a17), which further sense through sensor (a5) J type water dip, when the temperature of cold tank (a35) is above 3° centigrade which switch on ecofriendly refrigerant compressor (a 1 8) which has heat exchanger (a! 9) immerse within the cold water tank, and remain on till the temperature is dropped to 3° Centigrade, with solenoid valve s3 &s4 (fig. 1 /d).

Step 4 is repeated with Plurality of chilled water insulated tank. Compressor 1 &2 will be on & off alternatively keeping Solenoid valve s3,s4 on with compressor 1 and Solenoid valve si ,s2 on with compressor 2.(fig. 1 /d) The hot (a3)/chilled (a4) water outlet form hot (a34) /cold (a35) insulated tank, will pass through solenoid valve (a 10) / (a l l ) thought Circulating pump, (a9) having temperature withstand between 3°-90° Centigrade though CPVC pipe to central unit (a27)/re†rofit indoor split (a26) unit keeping bypass solenoid valve (a21 ,a22) off, and allowing hot /chilled water pass though the heat exchange( evaporator) for respected unit till the space temperature is between predefined temperature.

Step 5 is followed for Plurality of indoors units (evaporator) Once the particular space area is maintained, all the other central/retrofit indoor split unit follow the same unit required comfort level obtained with the space, centrally for entire room/ or other premises using wireless switching keeping only bypass solenoid on and other off, the Solenoid valve having type normally connect, normally open and latch type.

For space heating/cooling, for entire space , the sizing , depending on the total carpet area of the room, the hot water/chilled water within insulated tankffigure 1 /d) is used for space heating the water temperature drops till predefined temperature during cooling the tank water temperature increase to predefined temperature, the water is transfer to Plurality hot water tank/added plurality cold water tank, through (al 0)/(al l ), circulating pump (a9), all bypass Solenoid valves (α21 .α22), cold (a35)/ho† (a34) insulated tank. Further this comfort water is used for bathing and other home purpose (a32). The cycle works for 24 hours and then the remaining water is drain out (a31 , a32) for reuse for vehicle cleaning, gardening alternately nontoxic food grade anti-freezing is added with water in required percentage at regular intervals.
