Abstract:
A command generation device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a command reception unit for receiving a higher-level command value pertaining to operation of a motor from a higher-level device; and an internal target generation unit for generating, on the basis of the higher-level command value, an internal target value including a motor position target value and a speed target value. The internal target generation unit has a feedback computation unit for generating a corrected internal target value on the basis of the difference between the higher-level command value and the internal target value, and generates the corrected internal target value at a period shorter than the period of reception of the higher-level command value by the command reception unit.
