Abstract:
A commerce information processor for electronic commerce of merchandise and services comprises a collection information database (12), where the total number of bids to be collected and the total amount of bid prices to be expected are stored, a bid information database (15) where the bid prices and the number of bids or the total closing amount of bid prices are stored, and a auction section (21h) for closing the auction for a commerce object. The auction closing section (21h) includes a auction closure stock price determining subsection (21j) for determining the same auction closure price for all the successful bidders and a auction closure number-of-stocks determining subsection (21k) for determining the number of stocks relevant to the auction closure for all the successful bidders. By using the processor, the price of a commodity the sales result of which is scarce is objectively and rationally determined.
