Embodiments of the present invention provide a commodity traceability link information processing method and apparatus, and an electronic device. The method comprises: acquiring related images and/or video information of a specified commodity at processing stages on a traceability link thereof; stitching the related images and/or video information of the specified commodity at the processing stages on the traceability link thereof, to form a traceability video of the specified commodity. The solution of the embodiments of the present invention can provide traceability link information of a corresponding product according to commodity customization purchased by a consumer, thereby improving the authenticity and appeal of the commodity.
