The present application relates to a common-mode filter, a filtering apparatus, an apparatus having a filtering function, and an electronic device. The common-mode filter comprises: at least two coil groups, a plurality of trace connection lines, at least one dielectric structural member, and at least two trace layers, which are arranged in a stacked manner, wherein each coil group comprises a plurality of traces, and each trace layer is provided with one or more traces, which belong to different coil groups; each trace connection line is connected to two different traces of the same coil group, so as to sequentially connect the plurality of traces of each coil group together; and each dielectric structural member is located between two adjacent trace layers, the trace layers are stacked together under the action of the dielectric structural member, and the volume of each dielectric structural member is smaller than the volume of an interlayer space between the two trace layers which come into contact with the dielectric structural member. By means of the common-mode filter provided in the present application, a dielectric loss and a differential mode loss are reduced. The common-mode filter has good symmetry and low mode conversion.
