Abstract:
On a first-signal-line side, a first inductance element (L1), a first capacitance element (C1), a second capacitance element (C2), a third inductance element (L3), and a fifth inductance element (L5) form a first resonant circuit (RC1); the first inductance element (L1), the first capacitance element (C1), and the second capacitance element (C2) form a third resonant circuit (RC3); and the first inductance element (L1), the third inductance element (L3), the first capacitance element (C1), the second capacitance element (C2), and a fifth capacitance element (C5) form a fifth resonant circuit (RC5). Similarly, a second resonant circuit (RC2), a fourth resonant circuit (RC4), and a sixth resonant circuit (RC6) are formed on a second-signal-line side.
