Abstract:

[Problem] To suppress the reflections of common mode noises and sufficiently reject common mode noises of 2 GHz or less. [Solution] A signal-use coil (1A) inserted and connected in one of differential signal lines is spirally formed in a dielectric layer of a multilayer. A signal-use coil (1B) inserted and connected in the other of the differential signal lines is formed in a dielectric layer thereof in such a manner that the signal-use coil (1B) is opposed to the signal-use coil (1A) via a dielectric layer. In the dielectric layer, a control-use coil (3), which is wound in the same direction as the signal-use coil (1A), is formed in such a manner that the control-use coil (3) is sandwiched between the first and second signal-use coils (1A, 1B) via the dielectric layers. An embedded resistor (9) is connected to at least one of the outer and inner ends of the control-use coil (3). The control-use coil (3) and embedded resistor (9) form a feedback loop circuit.
