Abstract:
This common mode noise filter is provided with first to fourth insulator layers that are sequentially laminated from the top, and first to third coils that are formed on the first to fourth insulator layers, said coils being independent from each other. The first coil has a first coil conductor formed on the first insulator layer, and a second coil conductor formed on the fourth insulator layer by being connected to the first coil conductor. The second coil is formed on the second insulator layer. The third coil is formed on the third insulator layer. The first coil conductor and the second coil are disposed such that the first coil conductor and the second coil overlap in a plan view. At least a part of the second coil and at least a part of the third coil are disposed such that the parts overlap in a plan view. The second coil conductor is disposed such that the second coil conductor overlaps the third coil in a plan view.
