Abstract:
A common mode voltage generation device, for outputting a common mode voltage to a comparator (200) in a successive approximation register type analogue-to-digital converter; comprising: a switching circuit (110), a first end of the switching circuit (110) being connected to a power source; a second end of the switch circuit (110) being used for receiving a control signal, for controlling a sampling and holding circuit (300) so that same switches between a sampling state and a holding state, in the successive approximation register type analogue-to-digital converter; and a common mode voltage circuit (120), an input end of the common mode voltage generation circuit (120) being connected to a third end of the switch circuit (110), and an output end of the common mode voltage generation circuit (120) being used to connect the comparator (200), wherein the switch circuit (110) is used for turning on a power supply circuit of the power source for the common mode voltage generation circuit (120) when the control signal is a command corresponding to controlling the sampling and holding circuit (300) so that same switches to the sampling state; the switch circuit (110) is used for turning off the power supply circuit of the power source for the common mode voltage generation circuit (120) when the control signal is a command corresponding to controlling the sampling and holding circuit (300) so that same switches to the holding state; and the common mode voltage generation circuit (120) is used for outputting the common mode voltage to the comparator (200).
