Abstract:
A switch unit (31), when having switched, based on a first communication quality, the setting of communication mode for transmitting signals to another communication apparatus from a non-spatial multiplexing mode to a spatial multiplexing mode, stores the first communication quality as a switching reference value. Thereafter, if the switch unit (31) has switched, based on a second communication quality, the setting of communication mode for transmitting signals to the other communication apparatus from the spatial multiplexing mode to the non-spatial multiplexing mode and further if the first communication quality at the time of this switching is greater than the switching reference value by a predetermined value or more, the switch unit (31) thereafter stops switching the setting of communication mode for transmitting signals to the other communication apparatus to the spatial multiplexing mode until a predetermined requirement is satisfied.
