Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a communication configuration method and apparatus for use in broadband trunking communication. Provided in an embodiment of the present invention is a communication configuration method for use in broadband trunking communication, comprising: a trunking media function (TMF) receiving a session initiation protocol (SIP) invitation sent by a trunking control function (TCF); upon receiving the SIP invitation, the TMF establishing a TMF-side Tx tunnel between the TMF and an extensible gateway (xGW), wherein a Tx interface is configured between the TMF and the xGW; the TMF sending configuration parameters of the TMF-side Tx tunnel to the TCF; and the TMF receiving an SIP acknowledgement sent by the TCF, wherein the SIP acknowledgement includes configuration parameters of an xGW-side Tx tunnel established by the xGW between the xGW and the TMF.
