Abstract:
The present invention transmits media in an early state between communication providers having different support for a provisional response acknowledgment method. This communication control device 1 provided to a boundary with another company's network comprises: a sending unit 11 which adds a parameter indicating the use of the provisional response acknowledgment method to a provisional response, and sends the same to the other company's network; a response unit 12 which sends a success response in response to a message using the provisional response acknowledgment method sent from the other company's network; and a media control unit 13 which transmits, in the early state, media transmitted by a media server to the other company's network.
