A communication control device, a communication control method, and a telemarketing method capable of assuring anonymousness of a communication terminal device. When a session is established between a communication terminal device (U1) of a store member who has disclosed his/her communication address and a communication terminal device (U2-1) of a monitor member who has not disclosed his/her communication address, a session control instruction in which the communication address of the communication terminal device (U2-1) is modified to a virtual address is transmitted to the communication terminal device (U1). Thus, the session is established without notifying the communication address of the communication terminal device (U2-1) to the communication terminal device (U1), thereby assuring anonymousness of the communication terminal device (U2-1).
