Abstract:
[Problem] To reduce a load for a UE in carrier aggregation when a macro cell and a small cell are arranged, while enabling the consumption of a radio resource of the macro cell to be restrained. [Solution] There is provided a communication control device equipped with a communication control unit for controlling radio communication in a small cell which overlaps in whole or part with a macro cell, and an acquisition unit for acquiring first synchronization-related information indicating which frequency bands from among a plurality of frequency bands used in the small cell are synchronized with each other. The first synchronization-related information is provided in the small cell by the communication control unit, and is not provided in the m acro cell by a base station for the macro cell.
