Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a communication control device that can prevent or suppress radio wave interference from one communication device to another communication device using the same radio communication resource in a radio communication system in which a radio wave propagation control device can be used. [Solution] The communication control device comprises: a first calculation unit that calculates, on the basis of the position information of a first communication device and a second communication device, the distance and direction between the first communication device and the second communication device; a second calculation unit that calculates radio wave propagation characteristics between the first communication device and the second communication device on the basis of the distance and direction between the first and second communication devices, and the position information and characteristics information of a radio wave propagation control device; and a first determination unit that determines an operation parameter of the radio wave propagation control device on the basis of the radio wave propagation characteristics between the first communication device and the second communication device.
