A communication control device (2) is provided with a correspondence table updating unit (12), and a corrected packet transmission unit (13). When a packet including the identification number of a first communication terminal connected to a first wireless machine is received from the first wireless machine, the correspondence table updating unit (12) updates a correspondence table in which the address of the wireless machine and the identification number of the communication terminal are associated and stored. When a packet received from a second wireless machine to which a second communication terminal is connected includes the address of the second wireless machine, the identification number of the second communication terminal and an identification number indicating the destination of the packet, and the identification number indicating the address is the identification number of the first communication terminal that is stored in the correspondence table, the corrected packet transmission unit (13) transmits the packet to the first wireless machine, and thereafter transmits a corrected packet including the address of the second wireless machine and the identification number of the second communication terminal to the first wireless machine.
