Abstract:
When a smartphone or a personal computer has an application that performs communication without a user being aware, a communication amount unintentionally increases, and problems may occur in that the maximum communication amount is exceeded, a communication band of a base station becomes scarcer, and an intentional communication is interrupted. In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention is a communication control method used for a communication control apparatus that can communicate using an application through a communication line. The communication control method has: an application control step for switching a plurality of applications between a foreground state and a background state; and a communication control step for changing, in accordance with whether the switched applications are in the foreground state or in the background state, amounts of the communication band to be allocated to the applications.
