Abstract:
A communication device according to an aspect of the present invention is provided with: a communication unit (110) for receiving, from a base station, information indicating an individual parameter for use in communication in a downlink bandwidth portion, and information indicating the absolute radio frequency channel number of a synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel block (SSB); and a control unit (120) for performing measurement using the SSB on the basis of the information indicating the absolute radio frequency channel number.
